Long Island-native, Salina Solomon just dropped a new single today.
‘Nightmare’ is a game changer. Compared to Salina’s other material, the new single isn’t guitar driven. It’s more pop, than rock, but catchy as hell.
A moving bass line that makes your car rattle.
It’s the type of song that you find on the radio as you’re driving down a long highway. In the middle of the night, you need something to keep yourself awake. Staying focused and staying in your lane, you open your windows and blast the music. The song keeps you in a state of suspended animation. You feel like you can drive all night without caring where you’re going. You’ve become entranced. All of a sudden, you starting to tap your foot, whistle, sing the chorus — you’re hooked. And that is my definition of what makes a song, a really good song.
‘Nightmare’ makes the 2 AM drive from NYC back home bearable, entertaining, and wanting more.
